Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or you believe it to be defective:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- If approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for return or replacement.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items (including personalized artwork, beadwork, or regalia) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Print-on-Demand Items
Products fulfilled through third-party partners (e.g., puzzles, journals, apparel) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or there is a print/manufacturing error.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product:
- Handmade items ship within 5–10 business days.
- Print-on-demand items may take 7–14 business days depending on the production partner.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States. Please contact us directly if you’re outside the U.S. and interested in international shipping.
Can I request a custom item?
Yes! We accept custom requests for beadwork and select painted items. Use our Contact form to discuss your idea and get a quote.
I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together?
Not always. Items may ship separately depending on whether they are handmade, in stock, or fulfilled by a print-on-demand partner.
